A quiet private 2nd floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite, with a full kitchen and all amenities suite, and also with large TV & private patio. Sleeps 2 very comfortably. Living room futon does accommodate 2 more. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto Thetis Heights forest park and lake. Tons of local hiking in stunning mature forests. Access to park within cul-de-sac and roadside trail head. Within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and malls.

We are located in Nicki Place, right on the edge of beautiful Thetis Heights Forest with the and Lakes a hop, jump, and skip away.
The quiet cul-de-sac is connected to the Phelps Connector Trail and steps away from another trailhead both which lead into the forest and to the lakes and beaches.
