• one bedroom with queen bed + large walk in mirror door closet and new carpet,

• a 3 piece bath (shower, vanity, toilet + closet),

• an open concept kitchen

• a low vaulted sunny living room

• a separate private entry from the side of the home.

A small suite-private patio is also available to enjoy for those warm days and nights.

This suite is approximately within 1km of restaurants, shopping and a 10 minute drive to Royal Roads University, 20 to the University of Victoria, and 20-30 to Victoria downtown.

Transit access within 100m to the #47 and #57 stop providing access to downtown, millstream, local malls and the Transit Exchange.
